Talking about sex can feel intimidating, awkward, or even off-limits — especially when shame, past messaging, or relational tension gets in the way. This free course is a companion to our Zessions podcast episode with Jess Worthington, LMFT, and is designed to help you and your partner (or yourself!) begin to approach these conversations with curiosity, clarity, and compassion. Through bite-sized psychoeducation, real-life examples, and practical tools, you’ll learn how to build a stronger culture of intimacy, improve sexual communication, and deepen trust — one conversation at a time.
