About Course

In this mini-course, we will explore the concept of black-and-white thinking, also known as “splitting,” and what we will refer to as a “thought trap.” We will examine its impact on our cognitive processes, relationships, and overall well-being. By recognizing thought traps and learning to embrace the gray areas of life, participants will develop skills to cultivate more flexible thinking patterns.
