Objectives
By the end of this companion course resource, we aim to:Â
1. Help increase recognition and understanding of patterns that you and family members tend to engage in during the holidays.
2. Provide tools and tips to start feeling more empowered and regulated when navigating family interactions that are challenging.
3. Support self-affirmation, self-compassion, and practicing boundary setting when navigating family traditions and relationships.
4. Explore cultural and familial influences on roles and communication to encourage greater understanding, sensitivity, and adaptability.Â
